We only ship via UPS and the rates are as follows: (shipments made to the 48 contiguous states)

Delivery Time
We will try to ship your order within 24 hours from the time you placed it, however it is not always possible due to weekends and holidays.
We are located in South Carolina, so the actual time it will take to be delivered to you will depend on your actual location within the USA.
You will be emailed a UPS tracking number so that you can track your package at any time by using the UPS web site.

Packing Materials
As an eco-friendly company, it goes without saying that Ecoexisting uses recycled and reclaimed packaging as much as possible to pack and ship to our customers. Your package may arrive in a box that has been used a few times, but you can be sure that your box is clean and still strong enough to get to you safely.
Our items are also individually packaged in recyclable material, so be sure to help the environment and try to recycle all the packaging. |
Returns and Exchanges
We hope our eco-friendly products make your life more enjoyable! In order to ensure your order meets your expectations, please view our size information for each item before placing your order.
When trying on clothing and footwear, please do not wear any scented products (perfumes, lotions, etc.). Also make sure you are not in the vicinity of any kind of smoke (cigarettes, cigars, etc.). Many of our customers are chemically-sensitive and may have adverse reactions if the above guidelines are not followed. We may choose not to accept returns and exchanges on products that were exposed to scented products or smoke.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchased from us, please follow the instructions for a return or exchange below.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges of:
•Clearance items
•Sale items
•Items that are special-ordered
•Items that are made-to-order
•Items not in perfect resalable condition: items that have been used, washed, soiled, damaged, and/or returned without all of the original packaging
Return:
1.Contact us within 15 days of the purchase date at returns@ecoexisting.com or at 864-286-6679 to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) and further instructions.
2.Ensure all items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and undamaged; and in original packaging.
3.Customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Refunds will be issued in the same method (credit card, check or money order) as the original payment, within 7 days of receipt of the return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you return an item you received as a gift, we will issue you a store credit for the price of the product at the time of the return.
We may choose to give store credit for any items that are returned:
•Without an RA#,
•After 15 days of the order date
Exchange:
1.Contact us within 15 days of the purchase date at exchange@ecoexisting.com or at 864-286-6679 to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) and further instructions.
2.Ensure all items are unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and undamaged; and in original packaging.
3.Customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Exchanges will be processed within two business days. For the first exchange, you will not be charged shipping costs when we send the exchanged item. Thereafter, you will be charged actual shipping costs.
Shipping Errors / Defects:
We strive for accuracy, but we may occasionally make mistakes! To return an item due to our error (for example, if you received the wrong color or size of an item), or with a defect; please contact us for instructions to return the item to us. Remember to include a copy of your receipt. We will process your request and ship the correct item within two business days. You will not be charged shipping and handling when we send the correct item.
